"Clear pricing and easy to use"
I used Saily on a short trip and overall had a good experience. The price I saw before checkout was exactly what I was charged, so there were no surprise fees or anything weird afterward. I also liked that the plan details were easy to find, like how much data I had and when it would expire. The receipt came through quickly too. The only thing I’d improve is making the renewal or top-up info a little more obvious in the app. Still, I’d probably recommend it if you just need a simple travel data option...
"Way Too Much Hassle for Something So Simple"
I just needed to update my account details and cancel one thing, and somehow they managed to make that feel like a whole little obstacle course. The settings are a mess, the options aren’t clear, and it’s kind of ridiculous how hard it is to find basic stuff. Support wasn’t much help either, took forever to get back to me. Unimpressive overall.
"App is fine, support not so much"
The app itself was okay and worked fine for the most part, but dealing with support was kinda frustrating. They took forever to reply and when they finally did, my issue still wasn't really fixed. Not the worst expirience, but def could be better.

"Clunky little headache of an app"
I really wanted to like Saily, but the app felt like a clunky little gremlin. Finding my plan and figuring out the setup steps wasn’t clear at all, and a few screens took forever to load. I kept bouncing back and forth like an idiot just trying to confirm if it was actually active. It worked in the end, but the app turned something simple into an annoying chore.

"Easy setup, but disappointing coverage"
I used Saily while traveling through Spain and Portugal, and while the setup was really easy, I ended up disappointed with the coverage. It worked okay in Lisbon, but once I was on trains or in smaller towns, the connection kept dropping or the data was painfully slow. I eventually had to buy a local SIM just to stay connected. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but it definitely wasn’t reliable enough for my trip

"Code Failed Twice"
Not gonna lie, it was frustrating. The code failed twice when I tried to use it, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t really much help.

"Felt a Bit Too Restrictive"
I was kind of frustrated because the plans felt too limited for where I was headed. Maybe it would work fine for a simpler trip, but for my route, it just didn’t give me enough flexibility.

"Great coverage on the go"
I had coverage everywhere I needed it, even during a quick trip, which was a nice surprise. It worked smoothly the whole time, and I’d definitely use it again for future travel.

"Setup was more confusing than it should’ve been"
I got stuck setting it up twice, and the biggest issue was that the next steps weren’t very clear. I kept feeling like I was supposed to know what to do after each part, but the instructions didn’t really guide me through it. It worked out eventually, but the setup process was frustrating
"Frustrating Android experience"
I tried using this on my Android before a trip, and it was way more stressful than it should’ve been. The eSIM wouldn’t activate, the app froze on me twice, and support took forever to get back. I’ve used other eSIM apps before that were much smoother, so this one really stood out in a bad way. I ended up giving up and buying a different eSIM instead...
"Worked better than I expected"
I used Saily on my trip and assumed it would be a bit hit or miss, like most travel data stuff, but it was actually solid. The speed was better than I expected, Maps, WhatsApp, and even quick video calls loaded without that annoying lag. Setup only took a few minutes, and after that I kind of just forgot about it because it worked. I had signal in most places I went, so I’m guessing coverage is decent in the usual travel spots. Overall, I was happy with it and would use it again.

"It worked okay for me overall, but…"
It worked okay for me overall, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable with the privacy side of things. The security info felt a bit vague, and I had to do more digging than I expected to understand what was actually covered. Not a terrible experience by any means, but if privacy is important to you, I’d recommend taking a closer look before fully trusting it.

"I’ve been waiting on my refund and…"
I’ve been waiting on my refund and it still hasn’t shown up. Support keeps giving me vague answers and passing me around. Frustrating.
"Too pricey and not much help"
I looked at their plans, but they were way more expensive than what I found elsewhere for an eSIM. When I tried to figure out if there was a better option, it kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of helping me out. Ended up going with a cheaper eSIM from another provider.
"worked sometimes, but setup was frustrating"
it worked here and there, but trying to set it up at the airport was annoying. it took way longer than i expected and made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be.

"Easy to track data, but hoping for a little credit"
I used saily on my trip and it was straightforward. I liked being able to see my data usage clearly, since it helped me avoid running out too quickly. The app was simple to use overall. That said, I’m hoping saily offers some kind of credit or compensation for the experience, especially if they’re collecting feedback from users like this.

"Top up took longer than it should have"
I don’t know why, but topping up my Saily plan ended up being more stressful than I expected. The payment went through, but the app didn’t show the new balance right away, so I was just sitting there wondering if it actually worked or not. I had to close the app, open it again, and wait a little before it finally updated. It did show up in the end, but it made me nervous. For something as simple as a top up, I feel like it should be faster and way more clear.

"Had to keep chasing support"
I couldn’t get it to connect at all, and the support steps they sent didn’t help. I also had to keep chasing them for proper help, which made the whole thing even more frustrating

"Hotspot was a letdown"
I got a saily eSIM mostly so I could use my laptop on hotspot while traveling, but it just didn’t work properly for me. My laptop would connect for a bit, then randomly drop, and other times it showed connected but had no internet at all. The phone data itself was sort of okay, but hotspot was literally the main reason I bought it. I also reached out to support and kept getting inconsistent answers, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. In the end, it never really got fixed, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Not really worth it for me"
I really wanted to like it, and at first I thought maybe I was just using it wrong, but no, it just didn’t work well for me. Support did get back to me eventually, I guess, but it felt slow. i kind of regret buying it.
